ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

We are looking for talented and motivated design professionals to become part of our team. We currently have positions for an Architectural Designer. The role will involve working on projects from conception through construction.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of a team for projects that range in scale from interior renovations to full gut building renovations and new buildings, from programming and feasibility through construction administration.
- Be part of the team to maintain integrity of concept and design work.
- Evaluate existing building conditions.
- Assist with construction administration services, including site visits.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate design ideas
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, and other design communication tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and design skills
- Knowledge of architectural practice and construction in general.
- Knowledge of sustainable design, resilient design and accessibility.
- Excellent English language communication
Qualifications
- Professional architectural degree (B’Arch or M’Arch) from an accredited institution required.
- Previous internship experience a plus
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
